Guide to the app

I've just downloaded the app. The start of the forum gives a link to the functionality of the app but this was 6 years ago and no longer works. Is there a guide so that I can use the app to its full potential?

Sorry, I thought I was in a forum specifically for the Hike2+ app.

There is not really a guide for Hike2. When you start it, it waits for a GPS lock. You can press the menu button and change a few options, or use app settings to disable some of the screens. Pressing start starts recording, and pressing it again will pause and give you a menu for resume/save/discard. "back" will mark a waypoint while recording. Up/down will move you through the dozen or so screens.
