Overview
I have Interstitial Lung Disease and wanted a watch face that clearly showed information on how my lungs are coping.
Depending upon the features available on the device, this watch face is setup to show:
- The following data fields showing the currently reported:
- Heart rate
- Blood oxygen saturation
- Breaths per minute
- Stress
- Body battery
- Step count
- Current temperature
- Minimum/maximum temperature
- Chance of rain
- Battery status
- Day and date
- Weather station name
- One of the following graphs of the last few hours (depending on watch)
- Heart rate
- Blood oxygen saturation
- Stress
- Body battery
Note that the graph can be set to cycle through all the available graphs changing ever second, every other second or every five seconds.
The amount of information on display is configurable in the Watch Face settings menu on the watch.
Note that not all watches will be capable of showing all the data fields shown in the preview images.
