App Sailing Basics

Hi, the link to the manual is not working for me. Can it be fixed or is the problem on my side?

I am uncertain if I should keep looking to see if this feature works.  Our courses change weekly based on the wind.  But we usually use a government mark as the rounding (windward mark). Does putting in a course allow me to put in the government mark locations and basically build a course?  The committee boat will re position weekly as necessary to send up to a government mark so the course is almost never the same.  I was glancing through the directions but wasn't certain how much effort I should put into learning Json and inputting courses if the feature doesn't work as I am hoping.  

Otherwise the app looks great I am looking forward to trying it out in two days.  I especially like the trend feature.

If you have fixed marks in the course then it is worthwhile, if you want to send me a copy of your Sailing Instructions i can have a look. [email protected] if its a windward/leeward course you do have the option to save the top mark as you near/round it under the menu (Tactics, Windward mark, Set Mark) 

Great app! Thank you. Used it daily last month when on holiday.

One question: how do I get back in the route selection screen? I am using a Venu SQ (two buttons and touchscreen) and I was able to create a json with several routes and had it uploaded in my watch.
But after selecting a route once I never managed to get back in the select route screen. I do get in the menu screen with my once selected route present but whatever I tried it always goes straight to the sailing screen.
Is there a button/screen combination I missed or is it simply not possible with only two buttons?

Hi - Really like the App - it would be great to select an individual waypoint from a list not a full route.

apologies, missed this one, should be long hold menu button (top) or long press screen

would require a bit of work to add this as an option, you can cycle through the waypoints using up/down buttons (or swiping), another option would be to load the routes with only one waypoint (not tried but should be possible)
