You are posting in the top level of the general Showcase forum. As a minimum I would suggest you add the specific watch face you are using into the subject. Better yet, check the ConnectIQ store entry for the watch face to see if the developer has a specific support link or a specific support thread in this forum. Hopefully that will help you get a response.
