No user is sent by bot

I tried several times to get the userid from the bot by following the instructions

i have telegram and found the bot and send routes

but no userid

please respond

You are posting on the top level of the showcase thread with no clear indication of which app you are having an issue. As a minimum add the app name to the title or, better yet, check in the connect IQ store if the specific app notes a support link or a support thread. Hopefully this will help you get a response to your issue.
