Not working

Using forerunner 245

Tried Hike app for a week, not able to even start the activity, always searching for gps. No problem with other activities. Tried to use it right after a run which can detect gps within seconds. Still not functioning. Tried everything, restarting device, disconnect and reconnected device. Expecting you guys to be able to settle this problem, still have hope to use the app. Hopefully not false hope.

Were you outside under open sky? My Hike app itself hasn't changed in a very long time and it's not available for the fr245. Do you mean Hike2+?

How long did you wait for GPS? Give it some time.

Hike2+. Yes i was under the open sky, i even tested it at my normal run track where gps has not been a problem. I gave it almost 30 minutes just to prove that gps shouldnt be a problem as my run detected gps within 1 minute. For 30 minutes it just wrotr GPS Q: None

Press Menu (long press the middle left button) and you get a menu, where there are different options for GPS. Try a different one (just GPS instead of GPS+GLONASS for example)
