Current Radar Image not showing

Hi running 4.32 with Vivoactive 4. The widget always shows a map with no precipitation on it, even while I am surrounded by a downpour. I just switched phones. Ive paired my new phone with Vivoactive 4 however so not sure if that's related.

Based on the version number, I would guess that is my Weather Radar Widget.

The first question is what radar source are you using? The default is AerisWeather and they don't have radar images for a number of locations in the world. The other option is RainViewer which you can select by entering the widget menu and chose the source menu option. A short cut to enter the menu is to press the upper right button the VA4.

Correct. thank you. I switched to rainviewer and did get an image to show. When I first made the switch it didnt seem to use the animation despite this setting being set. Now I think its working as it cycles through 30min ago 15 min ago and 0 min ago.
