New EDGE 1030 Designer ·· Release V1.2.0

Dear Cyclist,

We are proud to introduce a new data field for EDGE 1030 devices. This new data field will allow to design your own data field using the library created. The purpose is that library will grow with new design proposed by you!

We have released a new version v1.2.0 with new metrics, also for Di2. New designs and fixed some minor issues.

I don't want to reduce your hard work - but what's better with your new data field compared to HMs DIY datafields?

With the HMs DIY datafields you're able to create your own design with fantastic features - and it's also also available for a lot of Garmin devices, not only the Edge 1030...

So, can you please explain, what your datafield provides, what the HMs DIY does not?

Thank you for your review,

I congratulate the DIY HMs programmer, but I would say that they are different designs and that both applications are fully valid.
In my case I try to make them clear and elegant designs; and make it easy to read while on top of the bike; I won't be the one to say which app is better or but this will be decided by GARMIN users.
I don't quite understand why this question, in the store there are dozens and dozens of apps that look alike not to say that some are a clone.

As far as I can see:
-there is no designer tool available or needed. All is set in IQ settings - what limits the creation of own design.
-the instruction link opens a Microsoft Word Library docx - what aparently is not possible on all devices
(the link on top here does not work for me, but the link on IQ shop site works. Have an iPad with MS Word installed)
Maybe a PDF doc would be the better solution...

By designer he meant that the datafield has a well designed layout. No need to be so picky
