his Datafield is a Guide to 21K Training Plan, which is based on Free Walk-Run plans you can find on Internet.
In the Settings page you select the Week-Day and when you start an Activity, this Datafield will guide you with Timer and Color for each interval, indicating when you have to Walk, Trot, Run, Sprint 80% or Sprint 100%.
Unfortunately Garmin blocks the vibrate function for DataFields, so you need to see the watch to know when the interval ends and which interval is the next, which it is easy, due to the background color, and the timer.
The colors for the workout zones are: Walk-Magenta, Trot-Blue, Run-Green, Sprint80%-Orange, Sprint100%-Red.
This DataFields Works perfect with my other datafield: HR-Cadence-Pace with Zones, because one shows the Training Zone, and the other shows the Real Zone based on your own settings.
I'm also working on a configurable DataField for interval training.
