hello, i came across "Waiting for gps" and Startup Option menu. i was not able to find on my forerunner 245.. what is going on?
You need to post in the thread about the specific app.
Have you tried getting a GPS fix with the standard running app?
If the question is about menu it's a long press on the up button.
I have no idea how to get GPS fix with standard running app.
For long press, press on top of right button? After that, what next?
Press the upper right button, move up/down to run, press the upper right button. When that starts, there is an arc across the top of the screen at it will start otr as a small bit of red on the left. It will fill, and turn green
Like this? Same way as Hike2t app?
It's differnt in hike2, in that there is no arc. You'll see the GPS start change from None until is says
Ready
Press Start
at which point you push the upper right button.
Oh like that? Wait for few mins until ready to start press..
Omg.. Last sat, I clicked hike2t and waited waited waited like 3 mins.. Not good to start up.. Hope it improves better in future abt hike2t..
