Not able to connect/watch dead

Dear Sir,

I must have done something wrong as after downloading, my device is not able to connect and my Gamin Viva Connect 3 is not able to respond to touch screen or the button. The watch has stopped

  • You are posting this in the upper level generic ConnectIQ thread.  If the problem is related to a specific IQ app or watchface, then, as a minimum, state which one or better yet see if there is a specific support thread for the product.  Otherwise you need to post this in the forum for the Viva 3.  You have no responses because there is not enough information in your post and you have it in the wrong forum or thread.  Hopefully, get this in the right spot and someone may be able to help (also, remember this is a user forum not an official Garmin support forum)
