The graph starts when the measured HR is in the range of 100-220, or between the min/max values defined with the App Settings in Garmin Connect.
Have you modified the default values?
  • No i ddnt. Thanks for advice! i will check it again :)
  • Unfortunetly i got only IQ! sign :( I setup hr from 60 to 208. Maybe there is some kind of limit for that?

Maybe your device is not at the latest Firmware?

To get more info, connect you device to a computer and create a file named HF-Histogram.txt in \garmin\apps\log

Restart the activity and check the Log file.
  • ...create a file named HF-Histogram.txt in \garmin\apps\log

for side-loads, that would be the name, but for stuff from the app store it would be <an 8 character app store name>.txt.

To find the "8 character app store name" the easiest way is to look at ".prg" files in \garmin\apps, and see one with a timestamp of when this was downloaded from the app store.

The first part of the file name will be 8 characters mixing letters and numbers. In \garmin\apps\logs, you have to create a file <those 8 characters>.txt

a log for CIQ crashes can be pre-created in \garmin\apps\logs and named ciq_log.txt
  • I have latest firmware. I will make log file later because dont hava cable with me now :)

Thank you for pointing to the correct 8dot3 filename, should be HF-Histo.txt

Actually it will be something like A786FB5A.txt as the name from the store is generated by the store, and isn't just a shortened version of the name in the .IQ file. The first 8 characters are just some combo of letters and numbers. And the name of the .txt file uses the same 8 characters are the app store generated name. Same if there is a .set file.
