  • Now started to experience problems with bluetooth, even tho its connected on display it says disconnected untill some one sends a msg or email. This happaned shortly after updated garmin fenix 3
  • Like the watch face, but noticed a horrible discharge rate using this watchface?

~10% across 2-3 hours on standby (not during an activity, no GPS) versus Bigface seems to use 7% across the whole day?

Is there a setup I should be using so I don't burn through 50% of the watch in a day?
  • slways display seconds

The first message says, "Seconds are visible on gesture." What is the specific gesture required to display the seconds? Sometimes when I raise my arm to look at the watch, the seconds will display, but sometimes that doesn't work.

How do I make the seconds always display? I would prefer that.

Thanks for the great-looking watch face.

Its when u move ur hand up to your face as you would normaly check the time eg horizontal to the ground

Found a way round it i had to open connect app (or open to view as its open in bg anyway) on my phone then status changed to connected.

Aha! That explains it. Since I'm often typing at a computer, my hand and watch are almost always horizontal to the ground. That means that when I look at my watch, Line displays -- most of the time. I have to wave my arm around to get it to show the seconds.

It would be great if you could add an option to let it ALWAYS display seconds for users who want to enable that feature.

    Thanks,

That is not possible with any Connect IQ watchface. Until the wrist gesture, the watch faces is limited to only updating every minute. The gesture puts it in a mode where it's updated every second, for about 10 seconds, then back to the 1 minute updates. It's all about saving the battery, as with the one minute updates for the majority of the time, the battery life is extended.
  • Hello

I love this watch face. However on the app screen in connect IQ there is a picture showing two different displays for the vivoactive. One where the time is horizontal across the screen and a second where it is vertical.

How do I change between the 2 on a vivoactive?
