Watchface Power consumption?

Is there an easy way of knowing what watch face consumes the most power?

I have BigTime, ArtiFace and SC4.

Also, if I have them but not active I am assuming they do not take any power?

rule of thumb will be to update every minute (not every second, e.g onUpdate vs onPartialUpdate), and have as fewer graphical elements as possible
