Once there is a previous weather reading the update frequency slows down to every 4 hours and i assume this is the reason you think it doesn't update (see FAQ q1 and q3 on starttorun.info/data-lover for more info).
This is set to an update interval of 4 hours to not overload the weather service, people whom have made a small contribution can increase the update frequency to every 15 minutes (see bottom of the faq)
An alternative way to force a faster update of the weather (every 5 minutes until the first succesfull reading) is to:
- uninstall the watch face
- reinstall the watch face
- get a gps fix and/or enter lat/long in settings.
Where is Turan city located? Is it close to Da Nang city?
If I lookup Da Nang Vietnam on https://www.latlong.net I have slightly different values for latitude and longitude than what you have (latitude: 16.054407 longitude: 108.202164 )
Can you set up a debug session (see bottom of the faq for how to) and look in the text file afterwards if the lat/lon in that text file corresponds to the values you have entered in the settings?
