Application: Workouts - guided workouts on your wrist

This is a personal trainer on your wrist. It guides you through 24 professionally developed workouts.
It gives you text instructions on the watch, times each exercise for you, and notifies you.

There are 3 workouts per category:

- Crossfit
== Workout 1 - Walking lunges, press ups, burpees... 13 mins.
== Workout 2 - Sprints, squats, press ups, sit ups... 10 mins.
== Workout 3 - Squat thrusts, squat jumps, burpees, star jumps... 25 mins.

- Home
== Workout 1 - Press ups, sit ups, lunges... 18 mins.
== Workout 2 - Burpees and Skipping... 12 mins.
== Workout 3 - 10 exercises with a Pull up bar and a medicine ball. 24 mins.

- High Intensity Interval Training
== Workout 1 - Burpee, Press Ups, Sit Ups, Star Jumps Tabatas. 14 mins.
== Workout 2 - Alternating Leg Lunges, Sit Ups Tabatas. 14 mins.
== Workout 3 - Press Ups, Sit Ups Tabatas. 4 mins.

- Running
== Workout 1 - Warm up, 10 sets hard and jogging, warm down. 34 mins.
== Workout 2 - Warm up, 13 sets hard and jogging, burst, warm down. 43 mins.
== Workout 3 - Half marathon prep - 2 sets of 8, 6, 4, and 2 min hard. 76 mins.

During workout you can pause, rewind, forward and see your progress.

Once you have loaded a workout, you don't need your mobile phone - you can go out and have fun.
It remembers your last workout and where you left off.

Currently only square watches are supported.

Short User's Guide

When you start the app, you see the home screen you can select a workout, by pressing Menu button, or you can continue your last workout.

Tap on the home screen to start/continue workout.

During the workout, you get flow of instructions, and vibration when new instruction comes up. The play icon at the bottom right, means you are currently "playing" the workout. Tapping on the screen pauses the workout, indicated by the pause icon.

At any time during the workout, you can skip forward or backward, by swiping left or right. Use the Up/Down buttons, if your watch is has no touch display.
Using the Menu button you can skip forward/backward or restart workout.

To load another workout, go back to the home screen, by pressing the Back button, and then press Menu, to choose a workout.

  • You probably shouldn't mention the word CrossFit in your app in any way, shape, or form. They aggressively defend their trademark and will ask that your app be pulled if it does.
  • App does not work!!!!

    I installed the app, selected a workout but it just brings me back to the main screen. Please fix or let me know what I am doing wrong

    Also, would like the option to create my own workouts.

    The app still doesn't seem to be working. When I choose a category and then a program, it just resets to the home screen. Are you able to fix?
