ActiveMeter Activity Recorder and Gauge

Hi all,

This is the first app I have published to the store:

https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/94515b7d-78f4-41f5-8fec-80f15ea041f7

It is a recorder and graphic visualiser for your activities. Shows 2 fields as an Arc, with an extra field shown in the top-left on square devices. Zones are colourised as follows: 0-33% of max in blue, 33-67% of max in green, 67-82% of max in yellow, and 82-100% in red. It will automatically gather max values from your current activity or you can set them when selecting a field. A wide range of fields are selectable.

It is made for cycling but can be used for other activities. The default fields are heart rate, bicycle power, and bicycle speed. There are a range of options available in the menus.

Tap the enter button to start and pause recording, hold it to finish (not supported on all devices), or use the "activity" menu to save/discard an activity. A prompt also exists on exit asking to save.

I've also got a report of the app not working for somebody but I am unable to find out what the issue is, so if anyone can provide any feedback, along with the device used it would be great.

Thanks
Joel

    Tried your app

    Hi all,

    Hi Joel,

I have tried your app and I'm able to record normal bike data into a *.FIT file and to some extent also able to connect to my powermeter (Quarq). I have sucessfully tried your other app:
    https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?318857-VivoPower-Power-meter-reading-for-VivoActive
and after your update it does show the power data OK all the time.

The ActiveMeter Recorder and Gauge app also show that is is connected to my powermeter but the actual powerdata does not update at any predicted manner. Most of the time it does not change at all and it also stays on at a positive value after I stopped riding. The HR values updates OK.

    concept2 rowing machine

Hi there - I'm interested to know if this app would allow the concept2 rowing machine monitor (Pm4 or Pm5) to send data to the fenix 3? Currently I am able to do this with my Garmin 910 and previously with 310xt via the ANT+ FE interface
