Red: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/0d27fbc7-f6ac-4592-8074-5802bc31177e

The watch face has these features:
  • 24-hour format only (due to design)
  • Day of the week
  • Date (Month and Day)
  • Battery remaining
  • Number of Steps for the day
  • Phone Connection (Bluetooth logo appears when connected)

Please let me know of issues or feature requests here and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Watch Face is very nice but the reaction time to go in to the main menu is toooooooo long!!! Please fix it, thank you. ;o)
  • customise colours?

I do really like the Original watchface, but with the Silver Fenix 3, I don't have the red dial surround; so it would be great to be able to change the red to blue (or other colours).

Otherwise keep up the great work, thanks!

    bit slow

This is my favourite watch face and the light coloured background makes it much easier to see. I must agree, however, that the response time is very slow when navigating to widgets from the main watch face. This is only negative which I hope can be solved. Thanks for your work.

Really like the design. Could you make it work for Vivoactive HR? Thanks.
  • Sorry for being off the grid for a while. The good news is that I have started work on a brand new version of this watch face being built-from scratch. Based on all of the great feedback, I plan on adding the following features:

    - App Settings so you can create your own color combinations (This was the #1 request)
    - Better Performance (This was the #2 request)
    - Support for more devices, resolutions, and colors (This was the #3 request)

In trying to support more devices, I noticed that many devices have different system fonts which provides a different look and feel. So, a stretch goal will to use a custom font assuming it doesn't use too much memory.

    - Custom font so that the look and feel works across devices

More updates soon as the refactoring has begun tonight.
  • Progress continues. I finally found the right combination of fonts and sizes. The current layout only supports 240x240 screen layouts. I might do the initial release for 240x240 and 218x218 screens first and then add other layouts based on request. community.garmin.com/.../1235689.png
  • The first version is being verified by Garmin now. I shall create a new thread once it's approved. Basically, it has virtually everything as the original except for the connected to phone feature. I'm re-working that now and will add it back in a future release.

The only thing missing right now is support for 920XT. This is a little more challenging since the screen doesn't have a lot of vertical height to work with and it doesn't have the same visual effect.
  • 5 years later and I finally updated this to support even more devices. I completely redid the layout scheme so there will be some additional tweaks and looking to add some new optional functionality for newer devices.

  • Hi. I'm using this awesome watch face on my Fenix7x solar. It's one of the coolest watch faces that has been released on connect iq. I was wondering if you're still making watch faces and if there's a chance you could make some changes. I'm well over 40 and my eyesight is failing, could you make the date font bigger, and the battery plus distance fields in km? And is there a chance you could add a parameter to display the temperature in Celsius, add a Bluetooth icon and an icon for the set alarm? Thanks in advance for your reply. Please consider my request positively. I'm most interested in making the font bigger, because I can barely see the data. Greetings from Poland
