DataField : UK Grid Reference

I wanted a way to display the Ordnance Survey grid reference coordinates on my Vivoactive while out walking so I've developed a data field which can be added to any activity.

The data field cycles through displays showing current heading and GPS signal accuracy, and a six figure OS grid reference.

It should run on most wearable devices and can be downloaded here:

Hi and apologies for the slow response. As I understand it, the Forerunner 45 does not support adding data fields or widgets from ConnectIQ so unfortunately you won't be able to use any Grid Reference widgets.

Hi Mark,

fair play to you for being so attentive to this app for so long.

i recently downloaded the widget, on my forerunner 55, and i am left with a “waiting for GPS” screen indefinitely. Any idea how to remedy this issue? I’m using the OSI Irish version of the widget.
