Data Field : Single Field (Legacy : Single Run Field)

The goal is to have these things be aligned as best as possible. I only use my field but I can appreciate if a combination of this and a Garmin field is used having the zones/colors match. I'll see what makes the most sense.

Many thanks for your answer! It would be perfect if Garmin API could simply give us the current zone number (but every 'colored' datafield is customized with external options, so I think that the information is not given). :)

I have yet another idea to consider. You know, I don't run races with my HR strap... The numbers I see during the race are far to scary for me. :) I think many people do the same.

And while racing I need to switch between yours (configured with 5s pace) and another datafield (to see the total average pace). Maybe it would be possible to check if the heart rate monitor is present? If not present - use the spare space for another information (available options the same like for pace)? Do you find it interessting/possible?

Option for change altitude / SHF V2 Fenix3

first i want say thank you for this amazing Datafield. I use it for paragliding and don't want switch the screen for all Information i need - this is possible with your Datafield!! I want ask you if you see a chance to to give an option in the altitude field to switch between barometric and GPS height? ? Sometimes i need the gps height for flying. If this is possible the field is absolutly perfect for paragliding. Thank you so much for your hard work.

At this time the SDK only provides access to the altitude but doesn't allow control of the source. I'll add it to the list of possible changes if it becomes available.

I continue to use this data field and it continues to perform perfectly. I can't thank you enough for making it available to the community!

My only wish would be for a thicker font for the TOD. It's the thinnest and equal smallest on the screen and a little hard to read when your arm is swinging. If it was made the same thickness as the battery percent, for example, it would help readibility a lot.

frankly I don't understand the lap pace thing.
is this lap pace basically showing the average or all the Previous Lap Paces? isn't that the same as the average Pace then?

Lap 1 = 4:00
Lap 2 = 6:00
Average Pace = 5:00
Average Lap Pace = 5:00
Previous Lap Pace = 6:00

Also - LAPS are not exposed by the SDK, if you want laps, you need a custom app which handles all lap information within the app itself. These are available in the app store.

Currently there really isn't enough memory to add custom fonts so I am limited there. The next font size up breaks out of the enclosed space and chops off data. I will keep it on the list and see what can be done going forward.

I would you to know if it's possible to add a ligne with the lap information (Lap distance, Lap time, Lap pace and laps) and if it's not possible, to replace the pace by the lap pace (it's more accurate than the current pace).

The SDK at this point does not support this data but it has been requested quite a bit so I am sure they are aware people want it. If it becomes available I will add it as a selectable option but custom coding something isn't going to work due to memory constraints. I will add it to the list of known requests.
