Glad to help. No incorrect data.

How do I change the colors on it?

    Hi agnotheist,

you can change the colors with the Garmin Express app:
    - select your device
    - manage apps
    - find the GF3FadeDark watch face
    - click the 3 dot button (...)
    - set your color scheme.
    - reload the watchface by switching to a widget and back.

or with the Android/iOs Connect application.
    (Android):
    - go to the menu in the connect app (3 horizontal lines, top left)
    - select Devices
    - select Connect IQ apps
    - select Watch faces
    - find the GF3FadeDark watch face
    - click Settings
    - set your color scheme.
    - reload the watchface by switching to a widget and back.

    Success,

    GF3Route Version 1.0-upd - Shutdown Issue

    Arjo:

You are very creative and I love the GF3Route Version 1.0-upd watchface.

When I was shutting down my Vivoactive after pressing the power button and hitting OK to shut down the VA, it went into a startup loop.

I showed me the startup Garmin trademark logo and froze.

I switched to another watchface and it shut down as normal.

Ran this test twice with the same frezzing and startup loop with GF3Route.

    Could you please investigate?

Thank you for a creative watch face.

    Thanks Duncan, for your post.
    I will investigate this issue.

I have 2 questions for you:
    1) are you running the latest firmware on your VA?
    2) have you tried GF3KanOO? Is this watchface also giving you trouble when shutting down the VA?

    Update:
Berglauf1234 was kind enough to test GF3Route on a VA watch and he didn't encounter any problems during shutdown/startup.
These are the versions of his watch:
    Firmware 3.3
    Dispay 2.1
    Connect IQ 1.2.1

So, if you're behind on any of the versions, please update asap.

    Beste regards,
    Arjo

  • Hi Arjo,
thank you for your fantastic work. I'm using UnoLuce and it looks really wonderful on GF3.

Is it possible to make the background really show night and day? Or maybe, and 2 little markers on the screen with the sunset/sunrise hours?

    Please take a look at SuLu-24 ( https://apps.garmin.com/en-EN/apps/9ed0aa13-7042-4b44-9024-678ff6343891 )
I think this is the watchface your looking for ;)

It's nice, but why a indicator for minutes? Single Hand with indicator for the minutes - then you could integrate a real second hand ...

But I think you should keep the indicator and use it for battery level!

Would you add the weekday and make the date a little bit smaller?!?
