What is not quite clear to me or I have overlooked it:
Does Garmin (or Adyen) act as merchant of record for payments via the IQ-store?

In short: Does Garmin sell the apps offered by third-party providers on behalf of Garmin or does it all still run under the name of the respective developer?
This is important for the tax that is otherwise incurred globally in different countries for the respective developer. According to the calculation system for the prices, I would have understood that Garmin is definitely acting as MoR, but I'm not sure.
