I'm asking for those by sending a polite email. Lately, things were going faster compared to September / October in my case.
I've been waiting on mine for 4 weeks now. An automated approach would be great.
4 weeks plus for me as well. Got my first batch in 3-4 weeks back in October.

I was using [email protected] but with our latest app, I'm waiting now for three weeks.
This is definitely not the way to migrate your customers from a third party payment processor to Garmin. We tested a few things out. As soon as you change the payment method to Garmin, an "Old" customer sees a notice in ConnectIQ, that the app is a paid app now. Although the app remains fully functional on the devices previously installed, no updates can be installed anymore without payment.
I'd expect tons of emails from customers asking what's going on. And if you can't help for a few weeks, because you don't get promo codes..... Not a decent way to treat your customers.
My wait time must be approaching 8 weeks now :-(
