Hello i'm also exactly in this situation
What I‘ve sensed in e-mails with their support is that they are still improving the process and have to do many steps manually. Thus it currently just takes some time. Also it is a very confusing screen in the dashboard but if you have provided all the information I would just give it a week.

I'm still in the same situation, after almost 2 weeks
Exactly the same problem I encountered. Though they reactivated my account, they still held the payments for 2 months
