The docs say "The developer dashboard now includes a Merchant Account tab. To begin the merchant onboarding process, select this tab, select Set Up Merchant Account, and follow the on-screen instructions."
But my developer dashboard does not have this tab. There are only two tabs: "Uploaded Apps" and "Settings".
