For the 2nd time in a short period, I've noticed a certain comment is only visible when *not* logged in to the forums.
NOTE: In the past, some comments were only visible when logged in (which makes a certain kind of sense, especially if it's your own comment that's in a mod queue, and you're literally the only user who can see it).

Another possible example is a comment that I replied to in the following thread, which is no longer visible either logged in or logged out. [In this case I'm not sure whether the poster deleted the comment, but I am 100% sure that the comment originally appeared when I was logged out, but not when I was logged in.]
Also, I was originally unable to reply to the comment as follows:
- view comment in logged out browser
- press Reply, which logged me in [unfortunately, I don't remember if the comment subsequently disappeared as a result]
- compose a reply and press Reply to submit the reply. At this point, I got repeated "orange alert" forum errors [I don't remember the exact text, but it was the usual generic "unknown error" message]. In hindsight it kinda makes sense as the forum thought I was trying to respond to a comment that doesn't exist.
But again, in this case I am not sure if the poster subsequently deleted their comment or not. I do know that I didn't hallucinate the original comment [as I copied the exact text in order to manually quote it]
