can't post (some) images

Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access forums.garmin.com

Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?

You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

  • I found that I can copy/paste images directly into the text field. Using Insert does not work for me. Same for code snippets, however I didn't find a way to solve that.

  • Still (again) can't post some of the images. I wanted to upload 2 images, it only let me one. Even in the next comment it doesn't let me to upload the 2nd image (same size as the 1st)

    It lets me upload this:

But not the other one (You can see it here: ). Even if I only upload the other (without the 1st)

    I get this error:

Update: I don't believe this! I uploaded the 2nd image to my website so I can post the link here so you can download it and reproduce it. But when I pasted the url to the forum it added the image :)

    But:

    - it's been discussed many times that when you're unable to paste an image directly, one possible workaround is to use an external image host (I like postimg.cc)

    - pasting a link to an image has always resulted in the image itself being inserted

Anyway, now you've rediscovered ancient (~1-2 years old) forum wisdom that will no doubt be forgotten and rediscovered again in 2036. (Haha as if any of us will care about Garmin and CIQ at that point.)

  • I can imagine the AI generated videos in YouTube: "Garmin. What went wrong? The rise and fall of a fitness empire"
