I recommend to adjust the "Connect IQ APIs" in the readme, because I'm sure that we'll still have a lot (and because of this phase maybe even more than until now) posts about the OTHER apis: developer.garmin.com/.../

    I added a note with a link to the general developer site for folks looking for other developer program info. I've also  made some minor adjustments to try to make it clear this area is all about Connect IQ (though that seems like a given). If someone asks Connect API questions, which happens now and then, I can direct them to the right place.
