I have downloaded some apps, but can´t find them in the Watch...
If i use Garmin express it seems that they are synced to the Watch, but how to find them?
It depends on the app type. Data fields are available in the data field selection menus. Widgets are found by pressing up/down when looking at the watch face, and apps are supposed to be available on the activity selection screen (i.e., the same place where you choose between run and cycling activities).
