Not sure why you'd exclude cloud in 2019 as that's the normal way to build such a solution. My Event Hub App in the store allows all sensor data to be uploaded in real time from as many watches/devices…

One influx-database for all. Is this a violation?
Nils Knieling changed livetracking.
from
"is a free and open source live tracking service"
to
"was a free and open source live tracking service"
as a reaction on my posts in the this is ant+ forum

Ant he stopped the service as a reaction on my posts in the this is ant+ forum.I contacted Nils Knieling by e-mail trying to convince him to bring his service back. Unfortunately I was not sucessful. Eventually it is possible to follow him on his GITHUB and to contribute to his project to bring the service back and to work on the developement of the project.

at zero code with a question mark. Nils livetracking.io had components which looked similar to Enric Salas MATLAB client for InfluxDB:
https://github.com/EnricSala/influxdb-matlab
and used
to display livetracking activites. This approach could eventually be modifed to display sensor data in Matlab or in another aplications.
Nils livetracking.io also used the android application ipbike:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iforpowell.android.ipbike&hl=de
and was a free and open source live tracking service, and used InfluxDB which is an open-source database
Nils had all the wonderful components inclusive ANT+ tables to decode the ANT+ sensors on his Github to build an excellent streaming server for Matlab, Python or any other application. Bring those components back, Nils bring those back!
For all those interested in developing helpful tools in the community, get the ANT+ tables to decode the ANT+ sensors from the open-source project GoldenCheetah:
https://www.goldencheetah.org/
get the Python client for InfluxDB here:
https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb-python
and continue to contribute to the community here.
To get the ANT+ sensor tables to decode the ANT+ sensors from GoldenCheetah could be difficult. Is there an easier way to get the code for this?
Live ANT+ data is available for java or python:

dhague used a fork of python-ant for his project which is designed for a Raspberry Pi but works equally well on any Linux PC https://github.com/dhague/vpower
A Linux virtual box with python-ant running in Windows could be an option:
Using a mini PC stick and install Linux on it might be easier:
