504 - Gateway Timeout

I connected through a VPN service and managed to download the plug-in

Hi, I continuously get a 504 - Gateway Timeout error when trying to install the Connect IQ plugin to my Eclipse environment. I am now trying to find out if its a networking issue or something wrong with my Eclipse setup. When I browse to https://developer.garmin.com/downloa...ager_3.0.6.jar with my Chrome browser I get the same 504 error message.

Should it not be possible to access the files through the browser this way?

    I'm having no issues trying to access the file you've linked to above. Others have run into issues previously and reported that they were able to work around the problem by changing the DNS configuration on their PC to use cloudflare or opendns.
