GARMIN EXPRESS doesn't display helpurl

In your settings you can set help url and all is good in garmin connect phone IOS or ANDROID.

But in GE, this option isn't available.

Why this situation ?

Is there any update on this? The issue seems to persist. Url can be seen on Garmin Connect and the Eclipse settings editor but not on Garmin Express.

This is actually an issue that's been around for a long time. Express did not implement support for the helpUrl or prompt settings attributes, I opened a ticket about this nearly three years ago today. :) Not exactly a great endorsement, but I don't think these attributes are used very frequently (perhaps because they aren't well-supported). I'll bug the Express team and see if we can get it worked in sometime.

Should the helpUrl links be active/clickable in the ConnectIQ mobile app?

I can see the links as text but they are not actionable in any way.

The links work in the Garmin Connect mobile app but not in the Connect IQ app (Android).

Nowadays

Garmin Express shows the helpUrls as links but not prompts
Garmin Connect IQ (Android) shows both prompts and helpUrls as text
Garmin Connect mobile app shows prompts as text (also for booleans) and helpUrls as links
