Did you try the contact developer option on the app itself? Doing it that way should bring your question directly to the team that's maintaining the app.
It might also help to mention what exactly isn't working.

They're both official Garmin apps; the apps don't report the Lyft/Uber statuses anymore.
The teams who manage those apps are aware of some issues that we are having with those apps and are currently working to address them.

Is there an ETA? The apps have not been updated since October 2nd.
Unfortunately we do not have an ETA on Lyft, we're working with the development team to figure out the best solution for Lyft. For Uber, there was an update on December 5th which may have corrected the issue you are seeing. Please let us know what device and firmware you are using if you continue to experience issues with you Uber statuses and we'll take a look.

Uber works now, I'm using VA3M on latest firmware.
Ok, glad to hear the fixes we've made to Uber has it working again for you. Unfortunately the Lyft app had to be discontinued. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
