How to get values for "time last lap" and "laps"

Hello,

Im trying to develop two new simple datafields and im having problems finding out where to get the value for "time last lap" and "laps" during a activity.

Example, activity starts and I manuall LAP after 2 minutes.
then I would read out the value 2 minutes and the value 1 (one lap)

If i press lap again after 3 minutes i would like to read out value 3 minutes and value 2 (two laps)

Can someone please point me in the correct direction?

thanks

And isMilitaryHours like is24hours is importatnt to many watchfaces, and my timezones widget :)
  • What, in your mind, is the difference between military time and 24 hour time?

I don't now :) But if user set military time, variable is24hours are false :)

I'm think military don't have : and always have 4 digit
    midnight 12:00am 0:00 and 0000 in military
    3:14pm 15:14 and 1514
    3:14am 3:14 and 0314
  • The fenix 3 does have the option to use military time. I think the major difference is military time has the leading zero if it's before 10 AM. I'll create a ticket for adding this to DeviceSettings.

Hmm, my f3 has the military time format - in menu settings->system->time->time format.
Maybe in Polish language only? ;) Add all features from setup and settings - we found applications ;)
  • There is actually some difference between military and 24-hour time, though there terms are usually used interchangeably. From the ever-wise Wikipedia (I can corroborate these points):

Military usage, as agreed between the United States and allied English speaking military forces, differs in some respects from other twenty-four-hour time systems:

    - No hours/minutes separator is used when writing the time, and a letter designating the time zone is appended (for example "0340Z").
    - Leading zeros are always written out and are required to be spoken, so 5:43 a.m. is spoken "zero five forty-three" (casually) or "zero five four three" (military radio), as opposed to "five forty-three" or "five four three".
    - Military time zones are lettered and thus given word designations via the NATO phonetic alphabet. For example, 6:00 a.m. US Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) would be written "0600R" and spoken "zero six hundred Romeo".
    - Local time is designated as zone J or "Juliett". "1200J" ("twelve hundred Juliett") is noon local time.
    - Greenwich Mean Time (or Coordinated Universal Time) is designated time zone Z, and thus called "Zulu time".
    - Hours are always "hundred", never "thousand"; 1000 is "ten hundred" not "one thousand"; 2000 is "twenty hundred".

I must write to TODO for my widget :)

But my watch have switch in the menu, dont't respect this settings in a internal digital faces, and this set is unreadable in ciq :) and is show as 12h
  • We do intend to add access to lap info for data fields in a future SDK release.

Looking forward to this. I get confused pretty easily as to how many laps I've done
