Need help - Fenix 5 Display problem.

My device froze yesterday but the display was working fine. I tried to restart it using the light button. The display stopped working after it restarted. It’s a white screen with some black lines. I can hear the watch working (beep sounds etc) but can’t see anything.

    Thanks for reaching out. Based on the description here that sounds like a device issues and most likely doesn't have to do with Connect IQ. Were you using a custom watch face from our app store? Restarting is a good start, but you might try plugging it into a computer and making sure it is updated with Garmin Express if you haven't done that.
