Eclipse plugin update site gives 504

Hi I'm trying to move my development from my Mac to a new Windows 10 machine.
When I try to install the eclipse plugin from
https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/

... I eventually get the below error:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=C__eclipse_eclipse, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
HTTP Server 'Gateway Timeout': developer.garmin.com/.../IQ_IDE_3.0.3.jar
HttpComponents connection error response code 504.

I'm not using a proxy and when I browse directly to the above artifact, I get a 504 as well. It would seem as if the repository is down or misconfigured. There's no rush from my side but I felt that I should try to report the error at least.

Have you tried just browsing to
https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/plugins/IQ_IDE_3.0.3.jar ? It shouldn't give me a 504 - "Gateway timeout". Currently developer.garmin.com resolves to cs1165.wpc.systemcdn.net or 152.199.19.145 for me. Could it have something to do with the CDN's being misconfigured? Is there a better, more direct address to try?

I have tested now, from Italy, and the link seems ok! I'm able to start the download of the file.

So it's something wrong with my own environment or the particular CDN I have assigned to me as a Swedish user.
I'm out of ideas on what to try for troubleshooting at my end.

I have managed to complete a setup on my Windows machine now. I simply switched to another ISP (From Telia to my cellphone provider (Telenor)).
It would seem like the CDN replies differently, depending on what your source IP address is.

I also get a 504 when trying to update the SDK to 3.0.3. This has been going on for a few days now! Telia and Sweden seems to be the issue? Any alternative adress to use?

The issue occurs for the online API docs as well. I tend to use the docs bundled in the plugin. Kind of annoying but I guess it's hard to troubleshoot from Garmin's side...

What is the eta for fixing this? Kind of hard to do any development without any documentation.

If you have the SDK, you have the documentation. Do you not have any SDK at all?
