Using the Comm Sample.

Can anyone help with Step-By-Step instructions for running the Comm sample in connectiq-sdk-win-3.0.1 on an Android phone.

I've downloaded the Mobile SDK. {connectiq-mobile-sdk-android-1.4) but the instructions don't tell me what to do with it?

All it says is put the .jar file in the lib folder in your Android Project. How? Where?
I can't see any clear instructions on how to generate the *.apk file for the phone?

The install and run instructions for the ConnectIQ SDK are very clear, but I'm missing something very basic in the MobileSDK.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Did you ever think to check on android.com about how to start developing Android apps? You should be able to start with this link to download Android Studio and start digging into what is needed to use the Android ConnectIQ SDK.

This won't have all your answers in one place, but it is the rabbit hole you need to start going down, and they are all there, but will require lots if reading. I have been digging part time for a couple months to get ready for a companion app for a project I am working on.

sabeard, Thanks, at least I now know the direction I need to proceed.

I had assumed that the MobileSDK download, was a Software Development Kit for producing the Andriod project :o
