info wanted on file IN.BIN in folder APPS

I guess I am in the right forum because the IN.BIN file is in the APPS folder :o

Device:
FR935 FW1010

Problem:
Sorted widgets on watch get rearranged to old order after new sort order is send via Garmin Express PC.

Question: Needed info:
Does GE really write the new widgets sort order performed in GE to the IN.BIN or not.

Additional info:
The watch picks up that IN.BIN file, because it rearranges the widgets sort order in the watch to a default order from GE.

Perhaps my saviour, [USER="1585813"]Coleman.ConnectIQ[/USER] could get some info somewhere :)

Additional info:

Garmin Express PC import correctly the widgets sort order done on the watch when syncing with GE.
Saving the same widget settings to the watch via IN.BIN.
The watch imports the IN.BIN and rearranges the widgets agian to a default sort order.

So the above question maintains.
Question: Needed info:
Does GE really write the new widgets sort order performed in GE to the IN.BIN or not.

When yes, the problem lies with the watch.
When no, the problem lies with GE PC.
