New Firmware Version for 920xt: 3.20 Now Available!

The original announcement: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?228692-Firmware-Version-3-20-Now-Available!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the Connect IQ related changes from 3.0.7 to 3.20  only from 2.70 to 3.20.
  • Here are some of the changes between 3.07 and 3.20:

    * Adds full support for the 1.1.0 Connect IQ release (which was really already mostly in 3.07 as far as I am aware).
    * Better handling of WiFi sync when Connect IQ apps are running.
    * When registering for the position updates we requested them as quickly as possible. Limited the requests to once per second to prevent running Connect IQ code all the time.
    * Fixed Positioning module to properly process data from bike speed or footpod sensors.
    * Addresses several memory leaks in Connect IQ.
    * Fixed memory leak in event callbacks in positioning, ant, and sensors modules. The positioning module was also skipping a null check and calling a null method if no method contained a callback for the event.
    * Fixed an issue where the pixel height field for certain data fields was not being set. This could cause device crash when allocation for label string was made.
    * Fixed duration and moment addition to use long values to ensure proper precision.

How does the newly added support for Shimano Di2 shifters work on the 920xt?
  • @LLLUSION I'm not familiar with those features since my focus is on Connect IQ. I'd recommend posting your question over in the 920 forum:

It might have already been discussed over there, too. :)

Lo mismo me pasó a mí Fernando. Cómo podemos hacer downgrade?

If you want to downgrade, you can download the software for 3.07 Beta and use the 2.70 update file found in the zip. I have not found any specific 2.70 download pages...

Once you have the rgn file, simply copy it to the Garmin folder of the watch and disconnect from USB...

It worked for me, but there are no security here....
