Mac OS. Get and “attach failed - no mountable file systems” while trying to mount SDK

I’m trying to install the ConnectIQ SDK for the Mac (connectiq-sdk-mac-2.4.3.dmg) and I get the error: “attach failed - no mountable file systems”.
I have tried different solutions found in the internet to no avail.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if a solution has been found.

MacBook Pro, i7, 2.66GHz, 8GB RAM.
OS X El Capitan
Version 10.11.6 (15G19009)
Kernel Version: Darwin 15.6.0

Any help will be appreciated.

I have same problem when trying to install 2.4.3. Reinstalling of previous versions works, but there is something broken in the 2.4.3 dmg.

Try downloading with a different browser. Weird as it sounds, but I remember there was an issue in the past where an archive somehow got corrupted in a specific browser.
