Many watchfaces now display the progress bar, in a straightforward manner. 1st segment is an hour, and then the next 4 are for each additional 15mins, and how many segments is easy to get in CIQ.
But what can't be done with CIQ, is show what is happening when you go out to clear the move!
based on the vivofit and the "activity tracker" widget on the vivoactive, what's typically shown, is when you have moved some the top "non blinking" segment starts blinks. And if you stop when only 4 of the 5 are blinking, a short time later, they all stop blinking, and all remain red. (to clear a "move" it has to be steps "without stopping).
The "without stopping" part can't be seen from a watchface, nor can the "stop blinking" as you stopped.
What may be an option is that in ActivityMonitor there would be an additional method that returns something like "clearing" levels. While blinking on a watchface would be a pain and a drain, the move bar segments could change color when they are being cleared, or something like that.
BTW, in the normal displays of the move bar, all 5 segments will blink at times, as you are working to clear the big one!
Right now, I'll switch to activity widget when clearing a "move!" as that shows how I'm doing over the next few minutes.
Think of it this way. Today, the move bar can show what it IS, but not what is DOING when you try to clear it!
