I've asked here for a change to the firmware to allow the time to be set from the GPS anytime the GPS is active.
I'm not sure if that'll be done, so if not, would it be possible to expose an API in the App section to set the clock?
My plan is that my watchface will enable the GPS at intervals (probably once a day) so that the clock can be kept correct. So if the firmware can auto correct, that'd be great, if not, I'd like to set it.
I realise that when it's on charge with Connect Express installed, that'll fix the time (and also a phone, if you have one that can be linked), but when it's in USB mode, I don't think the Alarms will activate, so you can't just leave it to charge overnight (as the vivoactive doesn't have audio, that's also an issue)
