Fenix 3 FW 8.70 crashes with my app

I have several users reporting full system crash when using my Tabata app (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/5...0-8f85f0dea6e8) on Fenix 3 with fw 8.70 ( and earlier versions). I have got some ERR_LOG files from a friend doing some beta testing and I can'r figure out what is going on.
Using the latest release app (apparently recompiled? by Garmin) he gets this:

In the simulator and on Fenix3HR FW4.70 everything works just fine. Please help sine I will have to remove Fenix3 from supported devices if this continues..

I had yet another friend with a Fenix3 (FW8.70) testing and for him everything worked just fine. Are there any hardware/software differences that are causing this behavior or?

Hey,

I've created a ticket and talked with the device team. We are still trying to pinpoint the cause of the crash and I'm not able to reproduce it on our side, but we will take a look at the log attached and go from there. Thanks for the report.

I stop working for fenix3, there some series where behaviour is very strange, reversed IQ logo crashes.

What's in the ciq_log file?

The f3 has an odd thing where when you start recording, it grabs 4k of the program's memory, so you want to make sure your recording app is under 60k before you start recording.

Issues was during lauching, but no matter, I spent too many times on that issues, and I remember its more 7 ko than 4 ko that the session need.

Anyway thank you for answer. This is no more a problem for me since I have stop working on fenix 3 since 2 years (too many issues). It s just a information for developers.
