Multiple versions of an widget, for SDK 1.. & SDK 2..?

Hi,
i updated my widget with the 2. SDK @ the release, but now i get more and more requests from owner of older devices, that the want to install the widget again. I realized, that for the older devices the file are not available due the update to the SDK 2. So from the codebase, there is not problem, to deploy an SDK 1 version, but, do i have to upload it as an new / other widget into the store?

You just use the 2.x.x SDK to build for both 1.x and 2.x devices. (the current one is 2.3.5). Selected the target devices (1.x or 2.x), and make any changes need for the new devices (layouts, etc), and you are done! Then upload the new .iq for your existing app in the store Many of my apps support both 1.x and 2.x devices, and were built with the 2.3.4 SDK.

Note: be sure to watch out for some functions that you are using for 2.x devices that may not be available on 1.x devices!

Thank you. I must only change the minSdkVersion in the manifest file, and i can choose the older devices..

You shouldn't have had to change minSdkVerion. Had you changed it before?
