Vivoactive 3 watchface fails to load

I have a watchface that works fine across Fenix 5/ FR935 and D2 Charlie devices with an 'always on' second hand. I recently published a version which also supported the new Vivoactive 3 device. Whilst the watch face works fine in the simulator it seems to fail to even load on the actual device. When the users switch to the watch face it does not display anything and immediately displays Garmin blue triangle and reboots device. This was a problem with firmware v2.40 and have just tested on version 2.50 with same result. Attached is the error log file from the user.

Thanks to Garmin they were able to identify that code in the onHide() function that was causing a crash. Whilst it is a problem on the device I was able to code around it in my application so I could get a supported version of the application in the store. Thanks.
