I update to Mac OS high Sierra. Then I install Eclipse. All main menu items is inactive! I cannot install plugin. How I can fix that?

We have seen something similar to that in house but have not been able to reliably reproduce the issue.

I had same problem because I have Mac OS in Czech language. If you have English version Mac OS so you can not reproduce this issue. The solution is simple. Open the Eclipse.app in finder - go to folder Contents and open file Info.plist in TextEdit. Then you must erase every languages except:
