In the ttps://apps.garmin.com/ garmin connect store, and login, there is the option to "download" apps. When I pick an app which is compatible with my watch (fenix 3 HR), it says "You need to have a compatible device in your account before sending content to it." It then gives a link to the garmin connect mobile app which is useless advice as I already have this installed and have been using it for many months with no issues.
so:
1) I do have a compatible device
2) I am logged in
3) I do have garmin connect app installed, connected, synced and fully working on my iphone.
4) I cant install apps through gamin connect as it says I don't have a compatible device when I do.
Also, I notice there is a dashboard: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/
This is also broken - there is no data in it. Again, it just gives a link to the garmin connect app which I already have installed, and doesnt give any help as to what to do to connect the two.
Any ideas?
