Fenix 5 FW 5.30 Notification Count incorrect when device not connected to phone

Are there any known issues with System.getDeviceSettings().notificationCount ? I am running a Fenix 5 with firmware 5.3 using my own watch face. The watch face has been working fine however recently on the Fenix 5 I noticed the notification icon did not display. On further testing it seems that when the watch is connected to the phone the correct notification count is returned. When it is not connected it the system call returns 0.

When you lose BT, you lose the count of unread notifications. That's normal. if you don't use phoneConnected, you may want to as you can do things like having a "?" for notification count if the watch can't talk to the phone.
