Settings Editor don't work in Simulator.

I follow the local doc "ProgrammersGuide.html#appsettings" but when send setting. It only show me the error again and again. the tip only let me try again and again.

ERROR: "Couldn't communicate with the simulator. Try sending the settings again."

you have to run the program first and while the program is running start the settings editor for it to work.

You only have to start the simulator (Command-6 on Mac, I think) and not necessarily run the program.

I don't know why. But I now can test the setting partment. Whenever which one start first.
