how to delete simulator's settings file

hello,
I got the problem that any changes in the properties of my app (properties.xml) are not available in the simulator. I've seen this is a known problem and I have to delete the settings file (.set) of the app. But where can I find it ? It must be somewhere in a "data" folder. But where is it ?
It would be very helpful if someone can post the full path on a Mac installation, not only something like /data/...

The Sim has a temp directory that's struck the same as you see on a device, and the .set will be in garmin\apps\settings there.

I'm not a mac user, so I don't know how to locate the structure there, but on windows it's %tmp%

so cd %tmp%\garmin will take you there. On my machine it's actually c:\users\jim\AppData\local\temp\garmin

In Terminal.app, type:
open $TMPDIR/Garmin/

That should open the sim's folder in Finder.

From there, navigate to apps/settings

Actually, I forgot about this. You can reset the settings right in the sim these days. While running your app, under the file menu is "Reset App Settings". That might do what you need to do.
